Exchange and Return Policy

In our commitment to your comfort and to meet all your needs with ease and convenience, kindly read the Exchange and Return Policy carefully:


Exchange and Return Conditions

  • Exchanges are permitted within 5 days from the date the order is received.

  • Returns are permitted within 3 days from the date the order is received.

  • The product to be exchanged or returned must be in its original condition as received (clean, with tags and stickers intact and not removed, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the invoice or delivery receipt).


Non-Exchangeable and Non-Returnable Products

  • All lingerie items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, including (bras, panties, babydolls, shapewear, and all related pieces or accessories).

  • Used, dirty, or damaged products.

  • Products without tags or stickers.

  • Products without an invoice, receipt, or proof of purchase (including date).

  • Products without original packaging as sent.

  • Products missing any accessories.

  • Products that exceed the specified exchange or return period.


Exchange or Return Process

  • The product may be exchanged for an identical item at the same price or a higher price within five (5) days from the date of receiving the order.

  • Please contact us via WhatsApp at the provided number, stating the reason for the exchange/return and specifying the product to be exchanged or returned.

  • If the product is in good condition, shipping fees for exchange or return will be borne by the customer.


Order Cancellation

  • Customers may contact us via email at [email protected] to request order cancellation if the product has not yet been shipped.

  • If the order is canceled after shipment, the refund will be processed after deducting shipping fees from the total amount paid.

  • If we reject an exchange or return request due to non-compliance with our stated conditions, and after clarifying this to the customer, the product will be re-shipped to the customer, with all shipping fees borne by the customer.

  • If the customer refuses to receive the product for which the exchange or return request was rejected, we reserve the right to cancel the order and dispose of the product after 7 days from the date of refusal, without any liability on our part, including but not limited to destruction or resale to another party.


Cases Where the Customer Bears Shipping Costs

  • Failure to provide the required information for product delivery.

  • Incorrect delivery address or contact information provided.

  • Inability to reach the customer according to the shipping and delivery policy.


Refunds

  • If payment was made by credit card, the refund amount will be transferred via bank transfer to the customer’s account within 15 days from the date we receive the exchanged/returned product.

  • Refunds will only be processed after receiving and inspecting the returned product.


Exchange and Return Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs for exchange or return are the responsibility of the customer and will be handled through one of the shipping companies.
